Anything that makes the UN look like a bigger boob than they did the week before, as hard as that bar is to hurdle, is always welcome in my book. And on the basis of that standard, Kofi Annan is quite possibly the BEST…SECRETARY…GENERAL…EVER!!! With his record so far, I believe he deserves to pilot them through their own “exit strategy”. Can anyone else say “Five more years!!!”?
