Hello, James. Ahem, I might live/work in The Other Place now, but I started out here. And I don’t work directly for the university or teach the undergraduates so, if they’re not getting the guidance they need, it ain’t my fault 🙂 .
(The one time I gave a seminar in the Cambridge Genetics Department building almost all my excitement at teaching on such hallowed ground evaporated when I saw that the course organiser had set my handouts in Comic Sans. What would I have got at Harvard? Dingbats?)
