It’s rambling, lying, conspiracist bollocks from a mass-murderer in a silly hat. He recommends Chomsky, the Kyoto Protocol, a universal flat tax, and an end to democracy. Someone give him a newspaper column. Whoops. Already been done.
I’m not quoting the costumed cock here. You can search the Web for a transcript if you fancy a laugh.
A reminder: he doesn’t steal from the rich to give to the poor; he doesn’t want to liberate the oppressed from capitalism, imperialism, or [ha!] global warming. He is a rich man, funded by even richer men to murder poor brown civilians. He and his followers won’t stop killing until they’re dead, in prison, or everyone else on the planet has submitted to the same religious dictatorship.
Here’s hoping there’s a Hellfire missile with his name on it hanging from a drone high above his back garden right now. The thin layer of aluminium encasing his skull won’t prevent its already-scrambled contents from being vapourized. I look forward with relish to the editorial in The Independent condemning his extra-judicial killing.
He and his followers won’t stop killing until they’re dead, in prison, or everyone else on the planet has submitted to the same religious dictatorship.
Actually, they’ll be killing right and left if that happens. They’ve got a limited palette of responses to stimuli, I often think.
Good point. I’m pleased that the first response to this post has been someone suggesting that I’d been too easy on the bastard. PooterGeek ain’t CiF.
Funny that OBL’s been reading Chomsky in his bunker, but the Kyoto stuff is peculiar, unless he’s concerned that the caliphate will be under water by the time it arrives. Bunting, Chomsky, Fisk, Pilger, Pinter et al must be delighted at the global reach of their readership.
He’s given his beard a trim too, but it’s a bit of an uneven job. Must be a dearth of good barbers in Islamabad.
He has a point though, we really have to increase our imaginations to grasp the enormous variety of human experience and look at what he is saying in context of the “crusade” we ourselves have launched. Look at the simple Afghan people, who under the Taliban had discovered a new purer form of life free from the untold unhappiness in lives blighted by dissatisfaction, disappointment and frustration – and the impulse to deaden such emotions through alcohol or drugs. Look what we did to them – ying them in the shackles of freedom and liberty.
We only have ourselves to blame for not entering into dialogue with this gentles looking man with his well trimmed beard.
“He is a rich man, funded by even richer men to murder poor brown civilians. He and his followers won’t…”
…be the last and when they meet with Hellfire they will surely be replaced. Those richer men need them, so that younger mens rebellion can be directed towards external enemies.
He is just the monkey.
Think he wants to look his best for the 72 virgins?
Spiked have always taken the line that the Islamic scholar gets his world historical viewpoint and blueprint for transforming society from reading blogs. That cave must have the full wifi.
We should have a competition to see who can slip a meme into his next speech.
Well I reckon that isn’t bin laden, it’s a ringer. Probably means the original is dead.
Maybe we could fool him into launching a moral jihad against the iniquitous western game of Mornington Crescent, which has ruined so many young lives….
The fucker must be going through a midlife crisis to be dyeing his beard. I would have thought such a shameless act of vanity would have been condemned as the frippery of a dandy if others in the future caliphate had done it.
It makes him look like Jimmy Hill.
What an absolute fucking loser.

It’s Amelia’s birthday tomorrow and I won’t see much of her. Children’s birthdays are always a major event – and a major hassle – especially if the ‘brat’ is a girl Now the only hassle is the expense – we have to p…

Ooh, Damian, that was bit fierce.
Not that I disagree, mind you.
This is good too.
Did he say anything about paid CIA and Zionist commentators on CiF?
